This is a beautiful old building but alas, it is falling apart. With each heavy rain, significant amounts of water leak through the exterior concrete walls and onto floors. The roof has had recurring leaks as well, which have been difficult to fix. The location is great, though expect to be hit up for spare change in the parking lot, but that doesn't bother me. What does bother me is the condition of the building and the inability of management to fix the problems other than simply masking them. And be prepared for large heating and cooling bills- those beautiful large factory windows leak air. I would not recommend this building to anyone.
