Review Title:   Run Like Hell

I left a review yesterday, and forgot to mention that this apartment complex also always runs out of hot water in the morning. The laundry machine also eats your laundry card on occassion (which means that you have to pay another $5 for a new card), and the machines are always breaking down or not ever working at all, which means that you lose money that way as well. Over the past year, I've probably lost about $50, and when I call the number on the machine or let the management know, they never get back to you about compensating your lost money. So be prepared with extra money when you do your laundry. Finally, the office staff NEVER leave you any messages about any packages that you may have gotten that were left in their office. So I once had a friend send me a surprise birthday package, and I never got it until much later, when they finally asked me if I'd gotten the gift. Now, I have everything sent to my office, and hope that I don't have any other surprise gift packages in their office. Actually, the night guard once told me about a package I had there for weeks - Lindsay and Bianca had seen me over and over again for weeks, and never once bothered to tell me I had a package. Yup, like I said before, they really don't care about their tenants. It's totally absurd and ridiculous. They are totally two-faced. Run like hell from this place. I have little regrets in life, this is definitely one. By the way, it's next to impossible to break the lease - you basically have to have a couple thousand dollars at your disposal in order to break the lease... I'm sure they do this because they know that people would be leaving them over and over and over and fast.
