I have had nothing but issues with management and maintenance, they simply do not take care of tenant requests. I have dealt with 2 rats that have come in under my kitchen sink and had to take care of this myself both times. My bathroom was infested with ants several times. Great apartment for a great price if you don't mind living with rodents. The neighborhood has gone down the hill as well. Starting to look like a low income community.
