I totally agree with this person who wrote the previous comments (and that's not me). The current manager, who came to Gentry's Walk in June/July 2004, doesn't care about the residents. All of our comments/concerns/complaints are ignored. He needs to go ASAP. I actually complained to him about the gates, but he came up with excuses. Never apologized for the gates that were left open 24/7 for 6 or 7 consecutive weeks. He said that the gates aren't there for security purposes, but to control the traffic. What a dumb excuse, he's such a stupid person. He also sent a notice to the residents that if they park their cars in the perspective resident's space, the cars will be towed at owner's expense. This notice was written in a very rude language. He said that he wrote a polite letters on more than one occasion, but in reality, he only sent ONE (i.e. not more than one) letter. Nothing gets done under this manager. When things don't get done, he blames on his staff. He's just lazy; he doesn't want to deal with the residents' concerns himself. I completely lost respect for this management. Don't live here if you're a perspective resident. If you live here, get out!
