When I first moved at Harbor Pointe Apts in 2004, it was very comfortable. BUT now in 2006, the new rental manager just run the apartments down to the ground. It's too noisy at nights. Trash is everywhere, Mexicans are drinking, smoking, selling drugs all around everywhere...especially at nights, there's no security guard there. No gates for any non-residents. Alot of appliances are broken in the apartment. Whenever you call for maintenance, they never show-up. If you descuss an issue with the staffs in the Rental office, they're nonchalant and irresponsible about it. Mexicans playing loud music, partying early in the morning, throwing objects and beer bottles in the pools. Trash, beer bottles, and dead bugs in the breeze way of the apartments, but the Rental office is spic and span. The rental staff can take care of the rental office first and residents second to last. This place needs a new rental Management and staff. All should be terminated expeditiously. DO NOT MOVE HERE! KEEP MOVING! THIS PLACE IS BEOMING A WARZONE!!!!
