The management is full of liars. They are "busy" with something every time of the day. Maintenance will also be busy. Be it move-in season, move-out season, high AC season in hot weather, high heating season in winter. But what ever problem you have, there won't be a season for it. Maintenance will take its own sweet time to come to your apartment.
Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for rent. But go to a better place.
