I only lived there for two months with my sister while I made arrangements to move to Marietta. Not even a month after my sister moved in, we got a very bad infestation of ants in the bathroom. When my sister told the management about this, she said "My grandmother always said just to flush a little vinegar down the toilet and it will stop that." Don't ask me what the logic was in that. My sister moved into their one bedroom for 575. Online, they had 550 advertised. When I went in, they told me 630. Two days later, they had signs up for 599. They need to decide what their price is and stick with it for at least a week at a time. There is doggy doo everywhere and it doesn't get cleaned up. My sister was promised maintenance to look at the wrongly sized closet doors when she moved in; they haven't been there yet. The downstairs neighbor played music with really loud bass almost every morning. I would not recommend Hartford Place to anyone.
