The windows are out dated by 30 years, the air ducts/AC units are a hazard to everyone's health because they have never been maintained, the roof is leaking, the apartment walls are just primed not painted, everything in the gym is not working properly, the vaccuum at the car wash unit is full 80% of the time, there's always over night pool parties, the parking lot is the local race track, the laundry mat has more broken machines then those that are functioning and, THE MAINTENCE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!!!! The unforturnate result within all that is negleted is that the staff that puts their best foot forward quits within a one to two month period. To all the innocent faces who have experience countless verbal disputes, my apologies.
