Don’t be fooled by the cheap price. This place is too old to maintain. It may look good when you move in, but you will find all kinds of problems after one month or two. This place is known for burglaries. One break-in was reported not long ago. The bugs are the worst part. Roaches come out every night, and ants are very annoying. The hot water is either too hot or too cold. The temperature is never stable if you want to take a shower. Many washers and dryers in the laundry room are not working, and are not marked clearly or properly. You will find out the working ones by losing dollars and dollars. The new management is more professional in taking away your money reasonably or unreasonably. You lose your money either way. Definitely not recommend for families because of the safety and cleanliness. If you are a student, you can find a better place, and don't have to deal with the professional money taker. This place is just not worth it.
