the worst rental experience i have ever had, even under new management they still are bad. bad security, no lights in lots, empty units that are unsecured, people are always parking and smoking drugs, making out or drinking, andleaving trash inthe lot. the only thing that improved with new management was the fast talk. the first three monthes i had roaches and a bad water leak they had to take the carpet up 2 times. then i have a neighbor that has a dog that washes her pet porter on the balcony above my unit and they won't do a thing about it. kids are tearing up the building and writing on the building and tearing up empty buildings.they leave the trash out in the yard instead of taking it to the compactor. they will not let me out of my lease even with all the complaints and letters and pictures that i sent them. stay away they look good on the outside but they are rotten to the core on the inside.
