After 10 years I am moving. The electical wiring needs to be replaced, the sewage needs to be fixed before it suffocates us, the foyers need light bulbs and the batteries replaced in the fire alarms. The pools are only open a about 4 weeks out of the season the rest of the time they are green. Parking is hideous due to overcrowding of apartments. The management is rude and nonreponsive to renters issues. Beware of the high utility bills average 2 bedroom will run approx. $300.00 amonth during the summer.
