First of all, I have lived in 3 apartment complexs in the last 5 years - never had any problems with anything..... UNTIL I MOVED TO LEGACY KEY. First lets start with the things any person can see.... Like the building that burned down in the front of the complex... Did you know that the people that where effected by that fire lost most of the things they owned, and one of the persons was moved into my building. They told me that not only did the apartment complex not call them to tell them that there had been a fire, but when they moved them into our building - they where asked to pay more rent for the same size apartment.
Next, we have had problems with things in our apartment, everything from water dripping down from upstairs, to the air not working. about once every 2 weeks i have to call and talk to someone that don't know what the heck they are doing. and there 24 hour service that we asked about is a joke. When we had water coming thur the light fixture in the bathroom on a sunday morning, it took them about 4 hours to show up. 4 HOURS.
Next the people in the office - RUDE & DUMB. You must ask for things and not leave until they give it to you. Even things as small as asking for a package to be picked up, that some how turns into a hour process. Don't even try talking to them about something in your apartment, they will write it on some paper (whatever they get there hands on) and your problems will never get fixed. The only way i get anything done is if i call after hours and talk to the answering service....... The one i hate the most if the middle aged fat retarted blond.
Next.... of the 12 apartments that are in my building - in the short time that i have been here - i have seen drug dealers, and the local DEA, Fulton, and sandy springs cops. If you have kids - STAY OUT OF HERE. One of the guys in my building HAD a club going on in his apartment. There are people out and about @ all times of the night. You can smell the weed being smoked @ your front door @ night.
OVER ALL.... This place sucks.... If i was you i would move to norcross or roswell. THIS PLACE SUCKS.......
