I lived here and for the first 4 months they left me with no water pressure. I couldn' t even take a shower. The bulit in microwave caught a fire and the never came to replace it. Poor installation and very poor maintenance. I couldn't take it any more so I put in my 60 day notice. Now they are telling the collection agency that I didn't give a notice while charging me unacceptable fees. I paid what I was suppose to and gave proper notice. They say that my last payment was returned. I checked with my bank and they cashed the check!
