It has gone to hell in a hand basket in 5 years and still looks like crap. In fall of 2001 they supposedly spent a fortune on exterior renovations. Today 5 years later the place looks like crap. They started interior renovations on like 12 units and never finished the rest. There has been numerous changes in staff/property managers in teh 5 years that I was there. This place was great when Teri Losaw was the property manager back in 2001-2002. Carlos Giordan after her was goo. Pip Cornish was mentally checked out and really started not to give a damn before he took a job at corporate and Jeff Martin (the current manager) is not a good manager and does not like to deal with situations head on.
