If you don't mind living in a Section 8 apartment complex (this means 10% of the apartments are subsidized housing), come on in. Your car will get broken into, people will be shot right outside your window (these things have happened to me) and you will be offered crack on the corner. The gates are left open half the time and the security guard is worthless. They may look nice on the outside, and the inside for that matter, but beware your neighbors. The noise level is also high due to the volume of students that live here.
