The office staff is nasty, They are money suckers. If you are leasing out then they will come up with variety of causes to suck money. The funniest is they charged 150$ for curry smell, If you are joining and cooking then you have to pay 150$ when you are leaving but they never tell this sort of thing is there when you are leasing the apartment.
