I agree whole heartedly with the review written for Morgan Falls Station from 2003 and 2004. I have been a resident sine 1999, and have seen the entire complex decline rapidly. The noise levels are ridiculous and, it is not just hiphop, you may have neighbors from any variety of backgrounds with their music as loud as a club at 1 a.m. on a week day. Not to mention the constant bass vibrations from the vehicles passing through at all hours of the night.
As for maintenance, you may as well be a do it yourselfer. I have had a longstanding maintenance problem for 8 months, and as long as the rent is paid, the management couldn't care less about my concerns. With the exception of the assistant leasing manager, whom is obviously overwhelmed with maintenance and other concerns, the property management staff seems to be oblivious to the deterioration of the complex around them.
Although i love the location, and used to enjoy the diversity of the residents, the lease at all costs strategy for the property has destroyed what used to be a wonderful place to live. Please find a place you will enjoy calling home. No amount of cash savings is worth what you may have to deal with.
