Its is a constant hussle with maintenance issues one after the other. These apartments are poorly maintained with isses ranging from roaches, to plumbing, air conditioning, to personaly security. Management is not concerned about resident complaints as long as the rent is paid. They would sooner throw you out if it was up to them.
Take time to look for a place you can call home and will be happy to go back to when you leave work in the evening. Unless there mangement systems changes... I do not see things improving....
