The people in the leasing office have been wonderful. The apartments are nicely laid out, the location is great, and maintenance has been quick to respond when there was a problem. Only problem I have had is an electric bill that has ranged from $100-180 per month. Must be something with the glass wall in the living room. I suggest you check with Georgia Power about the power history of your potential apartment before signing a lease. Other than that, Kudos to this complex.
