Where should I begin.
1- the water bill is out of hand. for one person the bill averages 38.00 to as much as $50.00 per month.
2- Staff is very unprofessional. They treat you like king/Queen before you sign the lease, but once you do, they treat you like sh@# and let you wait SEVERAL DAY before they fix any problem that you have in the apartment.
3-The apartments are too old, you can hear your neighboor upstair and downstair. 24/7.
4- The apartments are not well built and due to this, expect your electrical bill to be around $100 per month. during winter.
