i moved in jan 2004...one month later i was almost killed by a drug-dealer speeding around the parking lot. i have found "drug baggies" all over, the noise and people hanging out and loitering in the parking lots and lobby are way too much. also there is fast turn-over of concierge, and leasing staff. Parking is bad, and now even worse since the towers took away many parking spots to the inns...so we have 32 visitor parking spots for >600 apartments and condos. I also had roaches for many months from my neighbors, but they were good about helping me get rid of those. I am moving out in july and never, ever gonna look back.
