I actually went through a locator and they couldn't find me anything close to MATRA anywhere near THIS price. (If it was I was likely to get shot or robbed). Sometimes I will hear my neighbor, but nothing that is out of the norm. I heard of people having bug problems, but I haven't had a problem really. The grounds are kept nicely and there is usually plently of parking. It isn't the nicest place, but for living next to MARTA and being of decent quality its great!
