At first glance you will love the community. The staff is nice in the beginning and the model is very nice. Living There is of a totally different matter. I have had mice, roachs and ants. I have seen 4 managers come and go. The pool hasn't opened all summer. The staff is very sarcastic and very unknowledgable. To make matters worse I had a bullet go through my bedroom window. It took the 5 days to get it repaired. It was in the dead of Winter!!!!Talk about safe. Also people use the playground to smoke marijuana and hold grown folk parties.
