Cons:
biggest gripe is that the secured doors and/or gate are
constanlty broken and never fixed in a timely manner.
extremly aggrivating, epecially when i hear people who
are using our facilities talking on the phone about how
they dont live there and can just walk in off the street. it's
just rediculous. maybe they should try having secured
elevator access, also. something, anything, would help. i
would rate my experience there a 5 if it weren't for this,
but i consider safety and security a priority even if
management doesnt.
I've never had a friendly experience in the leasing office
(which i think Equity spent all their money decorating and
forgot about the residents). The agents are generally
rude, not helpful and seem uninterested in their jobs.
web description says pool(s)--it's twice the size of the hot
tub and cold. We affectionately refer to it as the cold tub.
wood floors are actually wood laminate. ours are bubbling
and coming up in the corners.
Pros: high ceilings, oopen floor plans, crown molding, garden tubs, spacious closets and bathrooms, in-unit laundry, courtyards, view from the roof, workout center, tennis and basketball courts, location, open air hallways, level of noise (i live in the curve of the u-shaped building, though, so i dont know how indicitive that is of other units),
