Too bad this place is so neglected. They are red brick buildings and the rolling grounds have such potential. None of the residence seem pleased these days. The grounds have had no work for months and what was done within the last two weeks was only what could be seen from the road. ROACHES populate the place and the staff can't seem to find a solution or care. The drafts from the windows would be fabulous breezes if it were 72 degrees all the time. If you choose to live at the place - make certain to live on the top floor. The floors and walls are thin and the floors squeak all the time - my neighbors tells me everytime I'm up at an odd hour because it wakes them - even if I tip toe. Thankfully my neighbors below me are nice!
