This apartment complex is the worst complex I have ever lived in in my life! There is no such thing as up keep. If something goes wrong, please plan on fixing or paying to have it fixed yourself. Also, please plan on havingplenty of roomates Roaches, Spiders, and Wasps are among some of my favorite co-habitants. Please so not expect Air conditioning on the hottest days of summer, nor heat on the coldest days of winter as you will de deeply dissapointed. One of the worst parts about living at Stone Ridge at Vinings are the leasing agents and the in capable leasing manager (Renea) that work in the office. I use the word "work" in the office very loosely as I honestly consider them to be lazy, useless scammers. They are very unprofessional and have no legal knowledge of how to run an apartment complex properly. The do not do walk throughs, nor do they respond proptly to sevice issues (no heat, no AC, Inopperable toilette, Roaches all over apartment, power outages, wasps nest within the apartments, rust in apartments upon move in, nails sticking out of the carpet, etc.) Also, I hope you don't get robbed as at least 6 other occupants and myself have! The apartment complex will not help i nthe least, even if you told them the locks on your doors and windows were not secure. I am just waiting for this complex to be sued for all of their legal violations. I have lived in 8 different apartment complexes throughout the country and have never been to disgusted. Stone Ridge at Vinings deserves to be renamed HELL AT VININGS.
