This place looks very nice and that is what caught our eye. The people seemed very friendly at first, and then once we signed our lease, things changed. We have lived here 2 months and in those two months, our call box has never worked. Meaning we have to go wait for our friends and family outside when they are coming as well as the pizza people. It took 3 weeks to get a light bulb replaced and another month for something else to be fixed. That tells you what great customer service they have. The building is secure EXCEPT for the parking garage. Any hooligan can walk right in and steal, and that is exactly what they are doing. While living hear two weeks I had my hubcaps stolen and then the most recent, my motorcycle was stolen. I want to move out but they are saying it is going to cost me over $8000.00. Be very aware of this place. I am getting the hell out of here as soon as I can. Filing two police reports in 2 months is not the type of neighborhood I want to live in.
