It is gated, but hasn't functioned in the year that I've resided here. Within the year there has been a rash of car thefts, a drug bust, vandalism just to name a few issues. The staff(including management) has changed twice (due to unprofessionalism). I have contacted the property owners to make them aware and I was told that it has been reported several times. I was issued a late notice IN ERROR on several occassions and had to badger the leasing manager to get the problems resolved. DON'T MOVE HERE !!!!!
