My problems with summit is every time the wind blow a little bit too hard or it rain the cable goes out and this happen tooo often. I've complained several times but of course nothing ever changed. Also they keep putting notes on my door saying that i haven't paid my electrical bill and after I take them my money order stub they apologize but still send another each month . The staff is lousy . I'm always seeing new people move in and in a little while move out . I'm tempted to do the same but dont want any thing negative on my credit report . If you get a 1'st or 2'nd floor unit your screwed if the above neighbor has a dog or two and they let them out side on the balcony...it rain dog urine ! This place has a lot of potential but the management need some real guidance . I now have a well refined list of questions to ask any other property leasing reps before signing on any dotted line and am aware of things to look out for . Thanks Summit .
