All I can say is dido to the reveiw written on 11/10/06. Oh and they have roaches and crackheads(more than the movie New Jack City)....its not where you wanna be!! They'll be nice to you until you move in and then its like you dont even pay rent! When we had the walk through and things were messed up(before we moved in) on June 1, 2006; we didn't get that stuff fixed until corporate was going to do a walk through on some of the apartments, and they didn't know which ones they fixed evryones complaints. Security, ain't SHIT! I had some little kids peeping in my room and making loud noise. called security they never called to check things out...shit, the leasing maagement recieved my messages and it's going on Wednesday, and they haven't called me yet(after I called and talked to Betty.the women that does nothing but lie(nd she can't even do that right) Just because some of the people that live hear are on section 8 and are students doesn't mean they shouldn't be treated right! I guess they know at the end of the month the will get their money section 8 or not. I realized that I WILL NEVER LIVE IN AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN MANAGED APARTMENT, and that is sad because I always try to support our own!
