New management took over several months ago. The buildings have fallen in disrepair, the pool is empty and is filthy. The grounds are not being cleaned on a regular basis. And the new management raised my rent by $63 per month. This is a prime location, you would think they would take much better care of this complex, it could be a gold mine. One other thing, since the new management took over my water bill has increased from $45 per month, to $65 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment. My buddy who owns a 3 bedroom house in the burbs pays considerably less than me for water. Something just isn't right.
