Bugs bugs galore despite the repeated calls for exterminators. Management and staff uncaring and rude. Hear neighbors cough the walls are so thin (imagine what else you can hear). Police chases ensue through the complex as the "security gates" for secured access are never shut. Maintenance is non-existant. Can take four months (only after repeated phone calls) to get anything fixed. Pool should not even be called a pool - it's disgusting.
