For the rent and the area it is ok. But a renovation is needed. Upgrade!!!!!!!!The apartments are 20+(maybe more) and the cabinets in the kitchen are still the same. NOW MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE LANDLORD, ROBIN. SHE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. When you first move in you would think that she is firm about running the units. I HAVE, AND MY GUEST HAS HAD ENCOUNTERS WITH HER THAT WERE VERY UNRULY ON HER PART. With an attitude like that how can she run an apartment complex. She would first need to know her CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Because really, that's all she is. I called her to get the number to the Victory Groups corporate office, she asked me "why". Should I be obligated to tell her why? NO. Did I get the number from her, NO. I had to call another apartment complex w/i the Victory Group to get the corporate number (404.231.5752) to report her. It is ridiculous. I will not be resigning my lease.
