When i first moved in they got a 350 dollar "deposit" from me, but it turns out you only get 50 dollars of it back. That is separate from the move-in fee. The emergency maint really screwed me one night when I had a leak. I couldnt get a hold of them at all. And the property manager( not all the staff) is a straight up B$tch. I like the quality of my apartment - new furnishings and such. But i have seen others in this complex and they are total dumps. Definately do not go for the townhomes that they offer - stay with the apartments.
