Be prepared for major rip-off move-out charges. They will ding you for a new carpet, cleaning charges (even if your unit is left spic 'n span), flea treatment charges. I had a collection agency dun me for $600, and they would not explain what the charges were for. These units were fairly good under prior management (Windsor Properties). In 9/05 the units changed hands and everything went totally to hell. This is a hell-hole, suitable only for Emory students, which comprie the bulk of the residents.
