Well, the horror starts upon move in, there is a broken window in the living room, it takes them 2 weeks to fix it, guess it's a good thing we live on the 3rd floor!!! This summer, our A/C on the fritz constantly, thermostat reads 95 to over 100 degrees at some points IN THE APARTMENT!!!! It feels hotter than that, I call and call and call, daily, several times a day for WEEKS, I keep being told it's hot, it's not the A/C, everyone is hot, it's GA. Finally someone comes at looks, I guess they got tired of being harassed, and it's FROZEN OVER and had NO freon!!! So it gets fixed, it happens again a month later, the same thing happens, I get told it's hot, it's summer in GA, finally someone comes, it's frozen again, only this time, they weren't going to fix it until the next day, they wanted us to stay ANOTHER night in it, and fix it the next day!! Called and complained they came and fixed it. NOW, today as I sit here and type this, there is a little critter in my subwall around my fireplace, since yesterday morning, Animal Control came out to see if it was in the flue, he isn't, he's around the box. So I'm told someone will be out the next day first thing in the morning!!! He continues to chitter and cry the night away, it is now the next day 2:30 pm, after several calls and voicemails, and assurances the maintence team is on their way up, NOTHING, and his chitters are turning to cries, and chittery screams, it's the most horrific sound I've ever heard, he needs out of there, short of busting a hole in the wall myself and hoping he isn't a raccoon possibly carrying rabies, I don't know what to do. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Now after a year with them, always on time with rent, they want us to resign, at a 50.00 a month increase in rent!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!
