Apartment Reviews for Alexan Lenox - Atlanta

I chose Alexan Lenox because of the location. It’s close to two malls and a number of restaurants as well as Publix and Target. It’s also right next to the Marta station, which is convenient but often disturbing at night as you can hear the trains go by every 15-20 minutes. The apartment is fairly nice, but pretty standard. The carpet is old and the closet is a pain in the neck (at least in the one bedrooms). It is small, and the door opens inward so you have to walk in and shut the door in order to even see your clothes. The leasing office staff is not very friendly and really not helpful. It’s hard to ever get a straight answer from them. The security gates are often left open all day long on days when someone is moving in, which I can understand to some extent but it only takes a couple hours to unload a truck. Several of the doors from the parking garage, which require a key fob for entry, are broken so anyone can access the hallways if they can make it past the gate. The elevator is insanely slow. I recently viewed the website and noticed the rent prices have increased $200+ which is absolutely ridiculous. My lease is ending in several months, and if they try to raise mine that much I absolutely will not be staying. Alexon Lenox is a fairly decent place to live, but NOT nice enough for me to pay $1170+ for a 850 sq ft one bedroom apartment!
