noticable deterioration in service

I moved in Alexan terrace in late 04. Since then, the complex had three management groups, getting worse and worse. The latest-Equity Financial is the worst. One of the gates was broken for several days. My car has been broken into at least twice within last month. Windows broken. I am so glad I am moving out of here! <P>
