Apartment Review for Alta West

Alta West is a community with many problems, the greatest of which involves poor security on the premises. This problem was met by the staff and ownership with a total sense of apathy. During the time I lived in the complex, countless vehicles were stolen or broken into, there were muggings (at gunpoint) in the parking garage, etc. The apartment was beautiful, however it was poorly insulated (very cold in winter). Several fellow residents were chronically ill throughout the winter as a result of the inadequate insulation and heating system. I would not recommend Alta West to anyone looking for a quality residence.
