Review for Arbor Gates Apartments

First of all, the location is wonderful with everything you need within 2 miles and all of the major interstates around the corner. This has been nice as I go against traffic everyday to cover my territory in N Georgia. Maintenance is quick, the gym is awesome, and the office staff does their job. The apartments are beautiful but be aware of the current price raises for 2007. I'm pretty pissed about this as I feel like I am already paying too much but I was warned by web reviews that it basically goes up every year. My other complaint is the limited parking. You have one space and your visitors are screwed. Just don't plan on any supper clubs, get togethers, etc...maybeee this is strategic.
