The City Plaza offers Atlanta GA apartments in the Central Business District of Atlanta. The apartment homes here feature washers and dryers within each unit as well s garbage disposal along with your very own microwave and dishwasher. If you move here you will be within walking distance to some of the major buildings in the city.

JMG Realty has since taken over management at City Plaza & I have nothing but good things to say about them! A ! I've lived in City Plaza since August 2009 and my first year & a half was terrible due to the poor management of the Lane Company. They did a HORRIBLE job & I'm glad they are no longer managing the property. The only reason I stayed was because I was a college student & needed the convenient downtown location.
But since JMG realty has taken ownership of the property about a year ago now, MUCH need improvements have been made for the better of us tenants & guests. New paint & bright lighting in the entrances & hallways, FRIENDLY staff, guest parking made available, QUALITY clubhouse/business center with free Wi-Fi, security visible & present, reliable callbox system, etc. I could go on, but those are the features that stick out the most & have been made perfect! KUDOS to JMG Realty & City Plaza has definitely done a 180 degree change for the BETTER! CP is a great complex for college students, corporate professionals, & singles alike.

This place is horrible. It is dirty (urine, condoms, beer bottles in elevator), outdated and unsafe (door propt open, front door always broken, homelss people in building). The management is NOT competent nor supportive. I think they get their staff on a work release program.It sis so frustraing anh when my lease ends I AM MOVING OUT.

I have lived in City Plaza about three months now, the Location is great, the apartment was clean, the washer and dry were a little out dated, but included inside the apartment, spacious bathroom, and closets for a one bedroom... <P>
The staff are friendly, nice and helpfull. in my experience they have gone out there way, to help and never have a problem helping out, making sure things are handled in a timely manner. <P>
downside: no pool, no owned parking, no stores within the area, everything closes early and if you don't drive, your out of luck, you can not have pet's. getting things from your car to you apartment can be a hassle, and the gym needs to be updated <P>
upside: close to underground, and events, and downtown life, safe, user friendly, clean, VERY QUIET ( i am not a quiet person, and im not heard ) no tenet problems, no nosey neighbor's, <P>
it's a nice place to live for single, roomates,young, first time renter's, people needing to be close in the city.. if you want pools, pets, yards then this is not the place <P>
