Apartment Review for Dunwoody Club Apartments

My husband and I have only been here for 2 1/2 months and already we're looking for a legal way to break our lease. I thought of staying here another 8 months has my skin crawling. The roaches are really bad which is my main concern. I'm 4 months pregnant and don't want an infant in this apartment. There are spots on the walls that are starting to crack, they feel soft as if moisture is getting in. I have mold around the tub, one of the toilets doesn't work properly and if you're in the shower for more than 10 minutes the water turns cold. Last week I asked for repairs on the doors and the job they did was shabby. My husband was pretty mad about it. There is a total of 1 pleasant woman in the office and that's about it. The rents cheap but I'd rather pay a lot more and get a decent apartment. <P>
