Apartment Review for Gables Metropolitan

I have been living in this compex for 6 months, and I cannot wait until I can run out of here. The noise level is quite over the top...I have called the police several times, mostly on the same 2 neighbors, as well as complained to the leasing office, and yet the neighbors are still there, and continue to make noise every day, which includes standing on their balconys yelling, throwing things off their balcony, jumping off of furniture, etc. There are way too many large dogs in this complex, and I have found dog feces as well as trash bags in the hallway, which does not make for a pleasent smell as it sits there for days at a time. The dog park is so full of feces that you cannot even go down there, and I feel sorry for those who have a room overlooking that area. The complex is highly overpriced. The maintence staff is wonderful and polite, and fast, but the leasing office staff has only ignored our requests. Also, there has been several breakins at this complex, people's cars and motorcycles stolen, apartments broken into, and the gate is broken 90% of the time, so I'm sure that is how these criminals get in. Do not bother with this complex, it is highly overpriced for the terrible mis-management that goes on here. <P>
