Apartment Review for Gables Rock Springs

any gables property is the worst place to live. don't let the big pool and fancy model home trick you. they will say anything to get you to live there. they charge you bogus fees, everyone in the corporate office and the apartment office is very rude and only wants to pad their paycheck. we had roaches all the time, they "lost" our rent check once and swore it was our fault, and when i threatened to sue they somehow found it...interesting. if you do decide to live here...make sure you get everything in writing and never talk to them in person or on the phone without a tape recorder nearby...trust me, you'll need it with these liars. I gave them one star because i had to in order to post this review...i would give them none if it would let me. thats what they deserve.
