Apartment Review for Hartford Place Apartments

This Apartment is the worst. The maintence is slow, the office staff are extremely rude. Since the minute I moved in, I was having problems with the apartment. And far the day I moved to the day I moved out nothing got solved. I don't recommend these apartments to no one.
