Leasing officers are cheaters. Terrible maintenance. They say apartment complex is newly built but it has got hell lot of problems. School kids do sex in laundry room.

I joined a month ago and I gave 7 complaints in a month. Its not worth for the money you give.

problems:
1) Cockroaches come from bath tub.
2) Bath tub has got dent and water stays(does not drain out)
3) Water leakage problems with wash basin
4) Carpet is not clean
5) school boys & girls live in this complex do sex in the laundry room. We cannot go in laundry room or fitness center after 7:00 pm. You will see it as a brothel house after 7:00 pm. I complained but no action.
6) one leasing offer says they can hold apartment for 10 days for you whereas other says 14 days. They try to cheat you to make you join asap.
