Review for Huntcliff Village Apartments

The new Huntcliff Village finds it appropriate to let their tenants cars be stolen in the middle of the night because you park next to the sidewalk outside your apartment for several hours. They do not install no parking signs, nor do they paint the pavement. After two years here and two years of parking where we can do to the lack of appropriate places we came out early on a Saturday morning to find our new car GONE! We then were rewarded for paying our rent on time for two years by a 50 mile round trip to downtown Atlanta to pick up our vehicle at the tune of $125.00! The new management obviously see's it fit to let other tenants have your car towed and to be inconvenienced as well as pay $125.00 to recover your vehicle. Since the management of the complex has been bought out by Colonial the trash hopper has been piled thirty feet high and left for weeks at a time. Don't plan on having guests come to your "nice, well kept, gated community" as they will be entirely dissapointed by the mountain of rubbish as well as the nature of the surrounding area and the tenant population. There are many apartments to rent in the Atlanta area....therefore I would seriously reconsider attempting to have a safe, clean and happy lifestyle at Huntcliff!! Mr. & Mrs. X
