This Place Is Falling Apart

These apartments are in need of an extreme makeover. They are damp and moldy smelling and the outside has wood rot everywhere. There are kids running around screaming and yelling so it seems more like Brewster's Place Projects and not a midtown apartment complex. There are only a few parking spots by the mailboxes but the management staff chooses to use them all themselves leaving only a couple for the residents. It takes too long to have stuff fixed. You are better off renting ANYwhere else.
