Spalding Crossing, formerly known as Spalding Gables, is located near a Cheesecake Factory, Brio Tuscan Grille, and McKendrick's Steakhouse. For more exotic cuisine, residents can also find a Circle Sushi and Aladdin's Mediterranean Grill & Deli close by. The complex is right along I-19 and is not far from North Springs Charter High School and a Walgreen's. As of 2013, a new management and staff has taken over, and residents could not be more pleased. The community is quiet and safe, but to be cautious, the property has privacy locks and a security system. Parking is also never an issue.
