Apartment Reviews for The Legends At Dunwoody
Great liars and very terrible customer service- save yourself the mistake

I currently live at the legends, don't let the new landscaping and wooded atmosphere fool you from day one its nothing but a facade. I've had to repeatedly follow up with Maintainence on anything small or large for a minimum of three days. My leasing agent Donny, while friendly, has misrepresented the cost of trash and water which is almost double what was originally told to me.
The laundry rooms never have more than one working machine, there is not a single person in the management that I would even consider speaking with by choice nor have I ever been so disrespected by someone I'm paying so much to. Amy claims to have an open ear and to work with her tenants however after seven months of early payments I was out of town and Called to speak with Donny (even left a message on the 30th and 1st) in an attempt to tell them I was returning on the 4th and would be in the am with rent, if this was going to be an issue even tho I had paid early 7months in a row to give me a call. I never heard from them until a late fee notice appeared on my door on the 5 th, funny how it takes one day for this issue to become a priority but 2 weeks to have someone spray paint my porch which was suppose to be done before I moved in, or 4 phone calls for someone to come out to spend 10min blowing out my dryer vent. Save your time and buy private these people care about nothing but money and are the rudest management I've ever dealt with. I come from a customer service background and would never tolerate my employees treating any customers the way they do, let alone in an industry which depends on return customers and renewals, to be Honest I'm thinking about exiting my lease early, going to look into that when I return to my overpriced under maintained "apartment".
